Transaction Coordination (no Listing Marketing) - $400
Discount with Listing Marketing:
Premium: $25 off, Total $375
Elite: $50 off, Total $350
Cost Break Down:
Premium Listing Marketing + Transaction Coordination: $125 + $375 = $500
Elite Marketing + Transaction Coordination: $175 + $350 = $525

Communication client(s)
Schedule inspections, appraisals and settlement appointments.
Coordinating with title companies, co-agent(s) and lenders.
Managing timelines and deadlines.
Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Our fee is due within 7 days of closing. If a transaction does not close, fees will be based on work completed.
No fee if canceled during the inspection period
$400 if canceled within 7 days of settlement (not bundled)
$350–$375 if canceled within 7 days of settlement (bundled)
$200 if canceled after the inspection period and more than 7 days from settlement

Listing Paperwork Drafting

$200 total if the listing is Office Exclusive and also being entered into the MLS by Glass TCS.An additional $25 fee applies for requests made after 5 PM (Mon–Fri) or on weekends. Availability is not guaranteed during these times.

Preparation of listing documents. Agent has final approval of documents.
Deed searched to confirm ownership and fee simple/ ground rent. Agent has final approval to confirm ownership.
Gather the addendum per written instructions from the agent.
Send for signing to the clients and agent.
Review of draft will be sent to the agent for approval, prior to sending to client.
If office exclusive, Glass TCS will enter property into MLS for additional cost of $75. Agent is responsible to publish within 2 days of the date itemized on the Office Exclusive Form and the Bright Subscriber Form. If not, within the one (1) week paperwork is drafted and signing is completed.
