Listing Paperwork Drafting

an additional charge of $25 will be incurred on weekends and after 5PM Monday-Friday
$200 if office exclusive and also entering into MLS.
Payment collected at time of the service.

Preparation of listing documents. Agent has final approval of documents.
Deed searched to confirm ownership and fee simple/ ground rent. Agent has final approval to confirm ownership.
Gather the addendum per written instructions from the agent.
Send for signing to the clients and agent.
Review of draft will be sent to the agent for approval, prior to sending to client.
If office exclusive, Glass TCS will enter property into MLS for additional cost of $75. Agent is responsible to publish within 2 days of the date itemized on the Office Exclusive Form and the Bright Subscriber Form. If not, within the one (1) week paperwork is drafted and signing is completed.
